Pan-Asia Pacific Internet business solutions provider Asia Online this week launched Web hosting service WorldHost.
WorldHost can fully automate customer fulfillment and enables businesses to be online in minutes.
Developed in conjunction with Interliant, Inc.
, WorldHost represents the new entry-level in Asia Online’s comprehensive Web hosting service.
According to the companies, WorldHost was designed to address the limitations and shortcomings typically found in virtual Web hosting services.
According to Kevin Randolph, president and chief executive officer, Asia Online, WorldHost serves as the prime example of the company’s commitment to helping customers gain strategic advantage from the Internet.
“We do this by providing customers with a fully integrated suite of access, hosting and professional services,” he said.
He continued by explaining that WorldHost also demonstrates the company’s ability to bring innovative services to market quickly by taking advantage of partnerships.
“Working with partners like Interliant is the smart way to ensure we meet our commitment to provide reliable, cost-efficient, Internet-related communications solutions,” Randolph said.
ASP Interliant is an Asia Online, Ltd. investor and supports WorldHost through consulting and development services, licensing and ongoing management services.
According to the companies, the relationship is expected to be a stepping-stone for additional collaboration on global technology solutions.
“As the global ASP market expands, we will look to strategic alliances like this one to capitalize on the growth opportunity,” Herb Hribar, president and chief executive officer, Interliant, said. This alliance extends Interliant’s reach from the U.S and Europe into the Asia Pacific market.
