InfoAccess Tuesday released HTML Transit 4 which includes new features such as XML support,
Cascading Style Sheets and integration with Web site technologies such as
Java and ASP.
HTML Transit is designed to automate the creation and maintenance of Web
sites from standard business documents. When content in the standard
business documents changes, HTML Transit updates the Web site, maintaining
the links, references, and behaviors.
InfoAccess is also shipping Transit Central, a server-based application
that permits scheduled Web site updates. Using Transit Central, anyone on
the network can drag and drop a file into specified network folders and the
document will be converted, links and references made and behaviors
imposed. Transit Central is licensed on a server basis with no additional
charge for document contributors.
Suggested Retail Price for HTML Transit is $495, and $3995 for Transit
Central. HTML Transit and Transit Central are available from InfoAccess
directly or from their partners and resellers.
