NetObjects Announces Visual BeanBuilder 1.0

NetObjects, Inc. today announced that it will brand, market and distribute the next version of Lotus Development Corp.’s BeanMachine as NetObjects BeanBuilder 1.0.


NetObjects BeanBuilder is designed to enable site-builders and Web developers to rapidly assemble and deliver JavaBeans-based Web applications by working in a visual, point and click environment, without any programming.


A pre-release trial version of the software is available immediately from
the NetObjects Web site. The final product is expected to ship within 60 days.


NetObjects BeanBuilder will be available for an estimated street price of $295 in September 1998.
