Virtual Mechanics this week released IMS Web Spinner Personal, Version 1.0. IMS Web Spinner is a visual HTML authoring application which enables non-programmers to create professional Web pages.

Web Spinner Personal features a drag-and-drop WYSIWYG interface which enables users to create Web pages with “mouse over” effects in minutes without the need to learn HTML, DHTML, Java, Javascript or any other programming languages.

Web pages created with IMS Web Spinner HTML can be seen at the Virtual Mechanics Web site. The tool is fully compatible with IMS Web Engine, which allows the simple interchange of projects for users of either product.

IMS Web Spinner Personal is available for Microsoft Windows 95/98 and NT 4 systems for the retail price of $29.95. A 14-day free trial version of the program is available from the VirtualMechanics download area.
