AtWeb Inc. recently released a new, Web-based service, Web Site Post Office, which enables developers to create a mailing list for their Web site visitors.

AtWeb offers both free and commercial versions of the service. List
managers are able to target the mailings, and when list managers create
mailing lists, they have a wide variety of demographic data they can use in
their initial sign up questionaire.

Subscribers can sign up by clicking the sign up button on the site. The
data can then be displayed in bar graphs, making the list member
information easily accessible to the list manager.

For example, Web Site Post Office can allow the list manager to send a
special offer to everyone in North Carolina with three kids (who is on your
Web Site Post Office list).

For information about setting up a mailing list for your Web site, visit
the WebSitePostOffice.com Web site.
