Compaq Selects TeamSite for Intranet Content Management

Interwoven Inc., a provider of content management software
for intranets and extranets announced this week that Compaq Computer
Corp.
has chosen Interwoven as its Web content
management standard for Compaq Inline, Compaq’s worldwide intranet.


As part of the agreement, Compaq will utilize Interwoven TeamSite software for approximately 2500 content contributors across all of Compaq’s business units worldwide.

Interwoven’s TeamSite product is a Web content management software package that allows users to develop and test Web content prior to publishing. It also enables centralized control through
its workflow capabilities. It is available for both the Sun Solaris and Microsoft NT operating systems.
