    SEATTLE, April 28–Pan International Gaming (OTCBB: PANE)
    and SoloSearch.com Management wish to confirm that an agreement in
    principle has been reached to acquire SoloSearch.com of Kansas City,
    Missouri, for 5 million shares at $3.00 per share.


    Strategically, SoloSearch.com brings the company unique technology that
    will generate a multitude of joint ventures and revenue opportunities while
    greatly enhancing the value of Searchound.com. The integration and
    added management strength of the SoloSearch team will assist Pan
    International Gaming Inc.’s objectives of building a profitable Internet
    Solutions Company.

    Processing
    (OTCBB: TPIIE
    ) are delighted to announce the execution of a definitive merger agreement
    today which will be effective once appropriate filings have been made. This
    agreement formalizes the previously announced letter of intent into an
    Acquisition and Purchase Contract. The new Company will be renamed eAutoclaims.com Inc. and will have
    approximately 10,800,000 shares outstanding (11,400,000 fully diluted)
    after amalgamation.
