Bigfoot to Use Net2Phone

IDT, makers of the Net2Phone Internet telephony product,
Monday signed an agreement with Bigfoot
International Inc.
to be the Internet directory’s exclusive IP
telephony provider.

Net2Phone is a PC-to-phone tool that allows users to place telephone calls to
anywhere in the world using the Internet. The company recently released
version 9.0, which includes an improved graphical user interface, seven
language integration, speed dial for up to 100 names, a 30 percent boost in
performance and improved speech quality.

Under the agreement, Net2Phone will be integrated into Bigfoot’s
directories, enabling one-click PC-to-phone dialing from all telephone
numbers listed in Bigfoot’s directories. Financial terms were not disclosed.

“We are very excited to be partnering with Bigfoot, who has established
both itself as well as its directories as an integral site to find people
on the Internet,” said Jonathan Reich, senior vice president of marketing
and business development.

“Integrating Net2Phone into Bigfoot’s directories will make the directories
much more useful because now people won’t have to get off-line in order to
place a telephone call.”

“Users can now search the most accurate national white pages listings on
the Web and instantly call their friends and relatives with just a click
and make those calls at a significantly reduced cost,” said Lenny Barshack,
chief executive officer and co-founder, Bigfoot International.
