Book4golf.com’s ‘Tee’ Party

[Toronto, ONTARIO] Book4golf.com Corporation has announced the appointments of Peter M.
George, Sanford (Sandy) Miller and Wes Scott to the company’s board of directors.

Book4golf.com is an Internet-based, real-time tee-time reservation network that allows golfers to reserve
tee times anytime, anywhere, while also giving them access to course information, weather forecasts and
driving directions to courses across town or across North America.

George was previously the vice chairman and chief executive officer of Hilton Group and is currently a
director of each of Hilton Hotels Corp., U.S. Airways Group and Magna Entertainment Corp.

Miller has been chairman and chief executive officer of Budget Group Inc. in the United States since 1997,
and previously was chairman and chief executive officer of Team Rental Group Inc.

Scott has been the chief corporate officer of BCE Inc. since February 2000, and previously was
vice-chairman of Bell Canada and executive vice president and chief financial officer of Nortel Networks.

George, Miller and Scott will be replacing Roger Dent, vice chairman and director of research, Yorkton
Securities Inc., Kim S. Robinson, president and chief operating officer of Book4golf.com, and Paul M.
Stein, a partner with Cassels Brock & Blackwell, who will be resigning their positions on the board.
