Bratch Innovation was
chosen by Diversinet Corp. to assist them
with a customer acquisition and marketing program for Canada and the U.S.A.

Diversinet provides electronic commerce security products based on Digital
Certificate technology for diverse authentication and authorization
applications on corporate networks, Intranets, and the Internet.

Bratch Innovation will be assisting with marketing Diversinet’s key product,
Passport Certificate Server. The product provides Internet users with
“complete privacy and total anonymity for secure applications in emerging
markets of electronic commerce and communications,” according to Nagy
Moustafa, Diversinet President and CEO.

“The product offers ease of use, scalability, total privacy, anonymity, and
cost efficiency,” Moustafa said.

Competing directly with more established vendors like Verisign and Entrust
Technologies, Diversinet emphasizes efficiencies and economies that it says
can lower costs, speed the certification process, and maybe even improve
overall security.

Bratch Innovation will work with Diversinet’s Sales and Marketing team to
gain high profile early adopters of the system, and will develop marketing
plans for the product. The marketing support will help Diversinet to
penetrate key vertical market sectors, such as financial institutions,
telecommunication companies, and utilities.

Headquartered in Toronto with a U.S. office in San Jose, Diversinet is a
public corporation traded on NASDAQ (DVNTF) and the CDN (DVNT).
