Envision Wins Award for Contact Center Software

Seattle-based Envision Telephony Monday announced its Click2Coach contact center software won a “Gold Award” in the Third Annual “Users Choice Awards” sponsored by Customer Support Management Magazine and RealMarket Research.


“It is extremely gratifying to receive this award from our most important audience — our customers,” said Rodney Kuhn, chief executive oficer of Envision. “We strive to provide solutions that offer the highest value and functionality, and we also focus on being a partner by providing applications and expertise to help them maximize every contact with their customers as their businesses and needs evolve.”

Envision took one of the 10 Gold Awards issued during he International Call Center Management Conference and Expo in Chicago. Gold Awards were issued for products or services that scored the highest in their relevant category, had widespread voting and positive comments issued by at least 30 customers or 20 percent of the installed customer base, and had at least three competing products in the category.
