announced they will create a site featuring video-streaming content focusing on Dutch leisure
and lifestyle with a special focus on such destination cities as Amsterdam
and the Hague.
ForeignTV.com will provide design and video-streaming guidance and expertise,
while Scarlet Internet will supply the majority of the content, including
music and fashion videos, cultural pieces, interviews, and more.

The company is also building a series of in-depth location-specific sites,
such as its internet-only radio station devoted to world music.
