Brazilian software company Itautec has released the Itautec Webway Shop, which allows merchants to create online stores in 20 days.

The idea came up when the company needed to offer on the Web the multi-brand
store TrendShop anywhere in Brazil.

The Itautec Webway software was developed based on Microsoft’s Site Server
Commerce Edition. It offers different templates for the shops, and
the shop owner picks an appropriate template for the site. A
library of symbols helps highlighting offers, sales and new releases.

To implement a store built with Itautec Webway Shop, all the merchant needs is
an Intel based server connected to the Internet, running on Windows NT and
Microsoft’s Site Server Commerce Edition.
