Looking to accommodate the growing population of job seekers looking for
temporary work, online career site Monster.com has partnered with Adecco International to expand its
temporary and contract worker job postings.

Adecco will run the Monster.com microsite Workflex, which contains more than
9,000 temporary job postings as well as content aimed at people
researching flexible work opportunities. Features include a resume building
utility, question and answer chats with Adecco and links to other flexible
work resources.

“Adecco brings thousands of fresh part-time and flex-time job opportunities
to Monster.com, making the
site more valuable and appealing to an even larger percentage of the
workforce,” said Jeff Taylor, Monster.com’s chief
executive officer.

“Today more than ever, workers are seeking job opportunities that offer a
flexible schedule and a wider
variety of career options,” said Debbie Pond-Heide, Adecco’s North America president.

“Adecco’s Workflex! site on Monster.com is the
first-of-its-kind resource on the Internet, providing not only job
listings, but a community for this audience.”
