  said it bought Internet management provider Evity Inc. in a deal
  valued at about $100 million to further its plans to deliver service-level
  management technology to businesses. Evity’s flagstaff product is SiteAngel
  2000, a Web site management service that lets users monitor the performance
  of their transactions through the sites and measure performance.
