NorstarMall.ca, a
division of SKG Interactive,
has entered into a strategic partnership with MobileQ.com to develop the NorstarMall.ca
online shopping venue on a wireless platform.


Under the terms of the agreement, NorstarMall.ca and MobileQ will jointly
develop a wireless enabled version of NorstarMall.ca, on MobileQ’s
XMLEdge software platform.


The wireless version of NorstarMall.ca will be accessible through any
Web-enabled wireless devices such as including PCS phones, Personal Digital
Assistants, Palm, and Windows CE devices.


“MobileQ has proven their ability in the wireless marketplace by their
relationships with Canada’s leading telecommunications companies, financial
institutions and mass-media corporations,” said Paul Romanchuk, Chairman and
Chief Executive Officer of NorstarMall.ca


Toronto-based MobileQ.com is a Software Developer with over three years
experience with mobile wireless technology and e-commerce.


Its flagship product, XMLEdge, enables existing applications, such as
e-mail, sales force automation, Internet banking/brokerage and e-commerce to
be accessed through any Web-enabled wireless device.


NorstarMall.ca offers consumers access to over 160 Canadian online retailers
and over 275 American storefronts.


NorstarMall.ca is also home to Canada’s first and only 3-D cybermall which
features the combination of entertainment, information services and brand
name Canadian retailers including Holt Renfrew, Indigo Online, Future Shop,
La Senza Lingerie, Roots Canada, Danier Leather, and HMV.com.
