Bellvue-based Onyx Software
Wednesday announced that The Regence Group, a Portland, Ore.-based health insurance affiliation, has gone live with Phase I of its Onyx CRM implementation.
Onyx said the project was completed on time and on budget, rolling out to about 1,000 sales, marketing, underwriting and executive management personnel. Phase I implemented the sales and marketing applications across Regence BlueShield of Idaho, Regence BlueCross BlueShield of Oregon, Regence Bluecross BlueShield of Utah and Regence BlueShield in Washington.
