It was a busy year in the CRM market and an even bigger year for two of the dominant players — Microsoft and Salesforce.com dominated the headlnes in 2010. Not only were the companies written about often, the stories about them were most among the most popular on eCRMGuide.com. Also of interest to enterprise software buyers and users is data privacy.


Salesforce.com’s (NYSE: CRM) Chatter collaboration service and Microsoft’s (NASDAQ: MSFT) Dynamics CRM 2011 beta were two of the biggest product developments in the customer relationship management (CRM) market this year, so not surprisingly, they dominated the list of the most-read stories on eCRM Guide this year.
