In a move to offer French-language coverage of all sports,
SportsLine Europe Limited, publisher of sports.com, Tuesday launched its first country-specific site, France.sports.com.

The site includes live match centers, real-time scores and statistics, and an online store where fans can purchase merchandise of their
favorite teams.

Football, rugby, Formula 1 racing, cycling, track and field, tennis,
skiing, and will golf will be covered on the site.

“We are very excited at the further expansion of SportsLine Europe in to
France,” said Michael Levy, chairman, president, CEO of SportsLine USA (SPLN) and
chairman of SportsLine Europe Limited.

“This is another step in the establishment of SportsLine as the premier
global Internet sports media company.”

Rounding out SportsLine Europe’s expansion is its addition of a new rugby site, Rugby.sports.com.

SportsLine Europe also inked a deal to become the primary sports content provider for Netscape Online, AOL UK’s free Internet access service launched last month.

SportsLine Europe is also completing a plan to become the
sole Internet sports media partner for the official site of the Rugby World Cup.

SportsLine Europe Limited was formed as subsidiary of SportsLine USA, Inc. in May 1999, with Intel Corp, MediOne Ventures and Reuters.
