    of Workflow Management , announced that it has
    acquired PSE Data Products (“PSE”) of Hayward, California which does
    business under the name PSE Outsource Logistics. With 48 employees and a
    state of the art 100,000 square foot distribution center, PSE has a
    reputation in their marketplace for effectively solving customers’
    logistics and distribution challenges to its Fortune 1000 clients for the
    past 25 years. iGetSmart.com will

    HACKENSACK, N.J., Nov. 1–GoAmerica , a
    nationwide wireless data and Internet services provider, announced it has
    signed an agreement to acquire substantially all of the assets and assume
    certain liabilities of Flash Creative Management, a management and
    technology consulting agency, adding professional services to its suite of
    wireless offerings for corporate customers. By acquiring Flash, GoAmerica is augmenting its current
    operations to meet the ever-increasing demand for full-service
    implementation of wireless solutions. The anticipated purchase price
    consists of $4 million in restricted GoAmerica common stock and cash of $6
    million.

    Chicago-based Johnson & Michaels (JAMI), a provider of business
    intelligence consulting services. The JAMI acquisition will enhance Cognos’ position as a strategic provider
    of enterprise solutions to global 2000 companies and will accelerate the
    expansion of Cognos software across these organizations. Terms of the

    LOS ANGELES, Nov. 1–Listen.com and Scour, an Internet
    search destination for digital entertainment, announced that Listen.com has entered into an agreement
    for the purchase of Scour’s assets.
    Founded in 1997, Scour markets its entertainment search site as well as
    Scour Exchange, the second largest peer-to-peer file-sharing application.
    With lawsuits filed over allegations of copyright infringement, Scour filed
    its voluntary Chapter 11 petition in the U.S. Bankruptcy Court on October
    12, 2000. The sale offer will give Listen.com control of Scour’s assets but
    will not make the company responsible for Scour’s legal liabilities.

    acquired Continental Computer Exchange, dba Personal Support
    Computers (PSC), a 25-year-old retailer and e-tailer of computer and
    consumer electronic products and accessories in the Los Angeles area. The
    acquisition of PSC is expected to transform uMember into a ‘bricks-and-clicks’
    company with a retail emphasis on computer hardware, software, and consumer
    electronics. The acquisition, which closed Oct. 10, 2000, was accomplished
    through the issuance of 950,000 shares of uMember common stock.
