[White Rock, CANADA]– travelbyus.com ltd.
has acquired Epoch Technology, Inc., a Dallas-based tour wholesale software
development company for US$10 million, payable in cash and common
shares.

Epoch was formed in 1995 to develop and distribute software for the
travel, leisure and hospitality industry. Its reservations, operations
and marketing software automates reservations functions and interfaces
with major CRS and credit card systems.

The software includes an Internet application-programming interface,
providing tour packaging capability for sale of hotels, cars, transfers,
air, cruise and assorted events, real time inventory update, pricing,
rule validation and credit card payment. The technology can merge tour
packages with virtual reality touring and video streaming capabilities.

Epoch’s tour software, ERA, will support travelbyus.com’s “3-C” program
— “Call, Click or Come In”. This allows travelbyus.com to enhance its
site by adding real time booking functionality for all tour packages and
content. travelbyus.com will operate Epoch as a separate operating
division and will market and sell the software to other tour, hotel,
timeshare, cruise line and hotel companies.

Based on Canadas west coast, travelbyus.com is a click and mortar
travel company integrating traditional travel companies into its site.
Its acquisitions include five tour operators; three travel agency
consortiums with over 2700 cruise and travel member agencies;
consolidators providing discount airline tickets; a travel television
show with an estimated 10,000,000 international viewers, and an
advertising and media-buying service.
