If Vicki Livingston has her way, the City of *Bellevue will be quite popular worldwide.
That’s because in her new position as Director of Marketing for the Universal Wireless Communications Consortium (UWCC), Livingston will be responsible for the global marketing plans of the Bellevue-based consortium.

UWCC (www.tdma-edge.org)is leading the development of TDMA-EDGE & WIN technology standards.

Prior to joining the UWCC team, Livingston held the position of Marketing Consultant for Telecorp PCS during the launch of their service in the Wisconsin market. In addition to working for Telecorp PCS, she was the Director of Marketing for Industar Digital PCS, a C-block carrier launching TDMA service in Milwaukee, Wisconsin.

Livingston was also a Board of Governors representative on several committees of the UWCC including the Branding Committee where she contributed to the development of the TDMA-EDGE branding campaign.

*International viewers…please note: Bellevue is a 10 minutes drive from downtown Seattle.
