Earlier this week, Watchfire announced its
release of Linkbot Enterprise v1.1.

The company hopes Linkbot Enterprise’s improved speed, reporting wizards
and support for Javascript and Flash files will make it the leading quality
analysis solution capable of handling the requirements of today’s complex
enterprisewide sites.

Linkbot Enterprise provides an automated Web site testing solution that
can be scaled to meet the needs of large-scale Web sites. Enterprises can
use Linkbot Enterprise to manage and analyze Internet or intranet
deployments regardless of size, technology standards or configuration.

Linkbot Enterprise has the capability to provide customized error reports
that can be tailored to meet the needs of specific individuals or groups of
individuals. Reports can provide development teams, content generators and
stakeholders with information that shows the quality status of the areas of
the site that concern them.

Key features in Linkbot Enterprise include:

  • Increased speed and performance
  • Support for forms
  • Support for Flash files
  • Anchor reports
  • Capability to scan any size site
  • Capability to generate individual ASP and HTML reports

Linkbot Enterprise 1.1 is priced at $7,995 and can be purchased
directly from Watchfire. A free 15-day evaluation copy is available for download.

Founded in 1996 as Tetranet Software, Watchfire currently has three
products in addition to Linkbot Enterprise: Linkbot Pro, an electronic
testing solution; and Metabot and Wisebot, usability, testing, and repair
solutions.
