9 Net Avenue, a provider of Web hosting and Internet commerce services, named Spirals Inc. as its advertising agency of record.

Spirals, a full service advertising agency, previously worked with 9 Net Avenue handling design projects and media placements. Billings were not disclosed.

Spirals said it will be expanding its services to accommodate companies like 9
Net Avenue with specific Internet advertising needs. In addition to
advertising, 9 Net Avenue has chosen The Weber Group to implement strategic
public relations activities and campaigns. All three companies will work
together to increase awareness of 9 Net Avenue’s Web hosting and Internet
commerce solutions.

“Partnering with a creative and dynamic advertising agency such as Spirals is
a necessary step for 9 Net Avenue as the company expands its marketing and
advertising efforts beyond the print and broadcast mediums,” said Mikhail Kofman, founder and CEO of 9 Net Avenue.

In charge of the 9 Net Avenue account will be Michael Lakshin, former chief
operating officer and marketing director of 9 Net Avenue. Lakshin was recently
appointed vice president of new business development at Spinnet, a Spirals
affiliate that specializes in interactive development, marketing and e-
commerce.
