AOL’s Digital City Inc. signed a
two-year
agreement with AllApartments, a
provider of apartment
ad listings for consumers on the Internet.
Under the agreement, AllApartments becomes a premier provider of rental
listings in Digital City’s Real Estate/Rentals area, growing the current real
estate offerings available on Digital City by adding more than 5 million
apartment listings to its real estate resources.
Available on AOL at Keyword: local real estate and on the Web at digitalcity.com/realestate/,
AllApartments will be available in all 50 Digital City markets by Oct. 1.
Financial terms of the agreement were not disclosed.
The AllApartments area on Digital City will allow users to search for
apartments, free of charge, based on several criteria including price, number
of bedrooms, location and amenities, the firm said.
AllApartments said it is growing at a rate of 150,000 new listings per month.

with the addition of AllApartments extensive apartment listings,” said Paul
DeBenedictis, president of Digital City Inc. “Digital City usage is at an all-
time high and we continue to build a one-of-a-kind local content resource
that’s of great value to both consumers and advertisers.”
In addition to the AllApartment listings, the Digital City Real Estate area
features; Homes For Sale, The Digital City Relocation Guide, mortgage
information and a Real Estate Showcase area complete with hundreds of local
ads and names of local real estate agents, mortgage companies and more.
Based in Vienna, VA, Digital City, an AOL Studios business, is owned primarily
by America Online and Tribune Co.
