Norfolk, VA-based Auto Trader Online formed a strategic
relationship to provide BigYellow users access to its used car database.

The agreement creates a classified area on Bell Atlantic’s BigYellow, within the BigTopics Automotive
category, where visitors can search cars from among the more than 600,000 used
cars and trucks currently for sale in the Auto Trader Online database. In
addition, visitors who want to sell a vehicle may add their car to the
database from the same location.

Financial arrangements were not disclosed. “We are pleased to provide
BigYellow direct access to Auto Trader Online, home of the Internet’s largest
used car database,” said Valencia Bembry, affiliations coordinator for Auto
Trader Online. “This relationship brings an entirely new set of buyers to view
the used cars within the Auto Trader Online database, creating more value for
our advertisers.”

BigYellow, which offers 100 million U.S. residential listings, a national
directory of 10 million E-mail addresses, and links to directories in 39
foreign countries, is provided by Bell Atlantic Electronic Commerce Services,
an affiliate of Bell Atlantic Directory Group.

Auto Trader Online claims to have the world’s largest used car database, with
20 Internet sites covering the automotive, aircraft, boat and yacht, big
truck, motorcycle, RV, heavy equipment, collector car and general merchandise
categories.
