Internet marketing and solutions company BeFirst.com signed a promotional deal with
Clear Channel Los Angeles, a division of media company Clear Channel Communications Inc.

BeFirst.com said it will leverage the relationship with Clear Channel Los
Angeles, and its 11 affiliate radio stations to support the upcoming launch of FindWhat.com, a pay-for-placement search
engine. Financial arrangements were not disclosed.

For the launch, BeFirst.com said it is planning a nationwide advertising and
marketing campaign, and plans to devote significant promotional efforts in
Southern California.

FindWhat.com gains the title sponsorship of KIIS/FM 102.7’s “The Rick
Dees $2 Million Birthday Game,” said to be the radio industry’s largest cash
contest ever. The “Find the $2 million at FindWhat.com” campaign includes television
advertising, promotion on Clear Channel’s radio stations and branded links to
all Clear Channel Los Angeles Web sites.

The Rick Dees $2 Million Birthday Game promotion launches on Labor Day and
continues through Thanksgiving.
