CareerMosaic, a player in the
cutthroat job board battle for mindshare, on Thursday increased its
distribution with two deals that put its job listings on other sites.

The company signed alliances with FindCareer.com, a career management
site, and Perl Mongers, a site for
Perl programmers. The deals call for each of the partners to develop a
co-branded site with CareerMosaic, on which visitors will find job postings
and relevant career information.

These latest agreements come on the heels of two similar deals — with
Omnicell.com, a healthcare site, and with Service911.com, an Internet-based
PC technical support company.

“We have more than 35 partnerships designed to give employers and job
seekers the widest access to employment opportunities and career management
information on the Web,” said Bernard Hodes, president of CareerMosaic.
