CyberShop Signs Sponsor Pact With Go2Net

Jersey City, NJ-based online retailer CyberShop International Inc. signed a
strategic marketing agreement with Go2Net Inc., the network of branded,
technology and community Web sites.

CyberShop will become the exclusive front page sponsor of the Apparel
Category on Go2Net’s WebMarket property and will be prominently positioned on
the Shopping Channel home page. CyberShop will also be featured in highly
targeted areas of the MetaCrawler search property through hyperlinks and
banner advertising. Financial arrangements were not disclosed.

“The Go2Net Network has rapidly become one of the Internet’s most popular
destinations by offering a strong mix of technology and community-driven
content,” said Jeff Tauber, CyberShop Chairman and CEO. “We believe that our
positioning on Go2Net will create awareness about our product assortment and
enable us to quickly differentiate ourselves from the competition.”

The agreement follows CyberShop’s recent announcements of a refocused
merchandising strategy targeting the brand name outlet store and off-price
categories and the company’s entry into the online auction arena both on its
own site (auctions.cybershop.com) and in partnership with Amazon Auctions.com.

CyberShop also has marketing agreements with Yahoo! Shopping, America Online,
Excite, MSN Shopping, and E*Trade’s Shopping Center.
