DoubleClick Inc., a leading provider of global
Internet advertising solutions, has selected MTI’s Fibre Channel-based storage
systems to support the company’s worldwide operations.

MTI’s RAID array storage
solution will house the company’s production, customer reporting, database and
data warehousing applications, storing up to six terabytes of data.

MTI’s storage system will help support DoubleClick’s Storage Area
Networks (SANs) located in each of the company’s 12 data centers worldwide. It is designed to permit
DoubleClick to
manage and monitor information across multi-platform environments at
DoubleClick’s data centers, which include 130 ad servers.

“DoubleClick is experiencing dramatic growth, so it was critical that we
work with
storage solutions that could support the company’s transaction-intensive
data and
reporting applications,” said Robert Linsky, DoubleClick’s vice president of
operations. “Equally important was MTI’s expertise in working with storage
management software developers and high-speed network providers to implement a
comprehensive and reliable solution.”
