Intellesale.com, an online retailer of
new and refurbished computer products, retained Rare Medium to heighten its brand name
on the Internet and to enhance its marketing communications and sales efforts.

The agreement includes a complete redesign and deployment of
Intellesale.com’s Web site, management of all affiliate relationships, and
media planning and marketing efforts. The newly designed and enhanced site is
scheduled to be unveiled on Oct 1. Billings were not disclosed.

“Rare Medium understands how to utilize the Internet to maximize visibility
and by teaming up with them we believe we will be able to further leverage
our existing Web presence to attract significantly more customers,” said Marc
Sherman, president of Intellesale.com.

Intellesale.com recently acquired Bostek Inc., an Internet-based wholesale
and retail distributor of name brand computer equipment, which markets and
distributes its products through www.pickadw.com. “Rare Medium also will
play an important role in integrating Bostek into the Intellesale.com
organization and insuring that the merger of their web site into ours occurs
seamlessly,” Sherman said.

Rare Medium Inc., a subsidiary of Rare Medium Group Inc.,
helps clients develop e-commerce Internet strategies, improve business
processes, and develop marketing communications, branding strategies, and
interactive content. Clients include Microsoft, The New York Times, Epson,
General Mills, DirectWeb, Neiman Marcus, Pfizer, Hotel Reservation Network
and the Federal Reserve Bank.
