Opt-in e-mail marketing company NetCreations Inc. introduced TrackBot,
a real-time e-mail response-tracking system that measures the results of its
PostMaster Direct Response marketing campaigns.

TrackBot offers e-mail marketers a way to track response to their mailings
from the click-through all the way through to the sale, allowing them to gauge
the success of their campaigns instantly and roll out to the best-performing
lists, said NetCreations President Rosalind Resnick.

Mailers who rent lists from NetCreations’ PostMaster Direct Response e-mail
marketing service simply place their order in their online accounts, click on
the appropriate button and TrackBot automatically generates dynamic URLs for
insertion into all the e-mail messages sent out. The clicks and sales produced
by the campaign are then tracked and recorded by the PostMaster Direct
Response servers. Results are displayed in charts that display response rates
on a list-by-list and offer-by-offer basis

“E-mail marketing has always been about instant response,” Resnick said. “Now,
thanks to TrackBot, we can offer our mailers instant response-tracking as
well.”

TrackBot is available for free to PostMaster Direct Response customers through
March 15.
