Recruiter TMP Worldwide Inc. , whose properties include Monster.com, Wednesday revealed a
reorganization strategy for its Latin American and European operations.

Effective immediately, Andrea Wine fills the position of managing
director, TMP Worldwide Latin America. She is responsible for developing and
leading the company’s executive search and
selection operations in Latin America.

Stephen R. Strain has been selected to fill Wine’s former position of
managing director of TMP Worldwide Executive Search, Europe.

According to Steve Potter, TMP chief executive officer, Wine is charged
with developing thriving executive search
and mid-level selection businesses in Latin America.

“Meanwhile, Steven Strain will focus on cultivating top-tier
executive search niche and building our European industry practices and
cross-border search capabilities,” he said.

Both parties will complete the transition to their new roles by
the early fall, and each will relocate to a country in their respective
regions.
