yeah I think is a high-tech Community you know yes we are only 100 owned by the government we try to serve the ICD startup Community within Hong Kong yeah basically we have the Whole Food Services yeah we do see the funding yeah and also we have incubation and we also help them to grow to different stages and in particular we'll have a very good infrastructure yeah we have run our own data center yeah and uh we have a very good Network infrastructure to help a lot of startup to lower their entry you know when they when they are doing the start how many Data Centers do you have and are they all in Hong Kong yeah we are we only have one yeah we are good enough and then we're launching the community Cloud lately yeah and we're trying to help the startup company to tap into the cloud opportunity and I'm assuming since we're at an openstack Summit that that cloud is openstack and it's not VMware or yeah you know researching and then we are betting on our journey on openstack and uh we have been piloting uh on foursome release uh for over a year and we have already got 30 um you know customers or staff company has been enjoying this and then uh we on this week we were launching it we've been in particular because with the summer is here yeah so we're launching our community Cloud range on Grizzly so we are increasing the capacity and serving the bigger or wider Community as a whole now is this based on any particular distribution of openstack obviously but is it the red hat or Ubuntu marantis yes we are riding on Ubuntu pieces and then I think the uh we have been a very good relationship with them and uh so are you paid customers or is it just you just get it the the free open source um and then from the networking piece I understand you're using the open contrail controller yes um how is that how are you deploying it yeah I think the the you know the lately the the grizzly release with the new farm with the open cartel and then we are trying to advantage of the so-called sdn capability sure yeah I think the the overall is because of the the network infrastructure we want to take advantage of that to virtualize it and then we want to offer that was a service as an additional uh um you know a service to our companies yeah and then that networking is a service so I've got my on-premise computers and then it's connecting into the network cyberport and then there's Layer Two connectivity across the true exactly over Open Country we want to position this up to the VM level and only I think the the control is enable us to do that the thing is control is relatively new is open source and relatively new is production release how long have you been testing it well we have been testing uh we got a beta code we are a Beta customer control and uh Juniper and then we have been successfully uh running on it and then we are deploying it as we you know we are very comfortable with it and however how are you extending that layer too is it just vxlan or is it something else because I know control can do a bunch of different things currently yeah I think because we are um so I think we are not changing a lot on our current backbone infrastructure but adding this as an additional feature networking is a service you know better than I do is a new idea uh you have to explain to some of these startups what it is that they can actually do because nobody could do this well actually I think a lot of Staff understand you know they want to position the network but they don't know how I think that that's why we want to have a single dashboard to ensure that when they position the the VM they also can position the network say I want a 10 Mac or 100 mag or per re-amp so they understand this as a service so so we are just interpret everything in the single dashboard you know on Verizon and how did you come to choose control the contrail as opposed to uh Cisco one or uh VMware NSX which is very popular or any of the other choices well I think we had to start up start the journey on openstack so I think we have we understand the attached challenge of the different technology and we have signed up as a beta customer for the control and then I think we also visit uh you know Juniper headquarter and we understand the road map so so uh by opening you know uh we are back on this technology and I think uh since uh country will go for open you know openness that will enable us to um very comfortably to embrace this uh technology and then what are the next steps for you as you uh grow out your your Cloud deployment at cyberport is it I would assume a move to Havana and some of these other things there are other challenges yes and now of course we try to leverage on the latest uh Community Cloud launches and then and getting more customers and then uh on on the next stage we will definitely look into the the partner and uh and other you know the heat you know all this uh orchestration of services that we want especially when people come to cyberport do they say we want clouder just to explain to them that they need Cloud well I think that everyone understands you know AWS and you know all these public cloud services sure and and uh the benefits they can understand but do how do they reach the cloud is that is the issue so we are as a Gateway for them to to uh to lower the problem and then uh try to help them to reach the cow and then take advantage of this uh the latest technology that's our goal
