First Brokerage America Signs With HomeCom

in Las Vegas, a provider of solutions for the
financial industry, said that First
Brokerage America, affiliated with First Banks Inc. of St. Louis, will market
insurance products using HomeCom’s online insurance program, Insure Rate.


First Banks Inc., with assets exceeding $4.4 billion, operates 136 offices in
Missouri, Illinois, California and Texas and has more than 150 licensed
insurance representatives located within the branch offices.


“InsureRate will provide our customers and our firm with a method for buying,
delivering and managing an array of insurance products and services,” said
Bryan Stilwell, First Brokerage Program Manager. “We needed more than a way to
make available insurance products. We had to locate a company that would allow
us to deliver and track the entire process involved in providing quality
insurance products. The InsureRate program. . .meets this criteria.”


InsureRate is an insurance marketplace for consumers. In addition to custom
Web development, Atlanta-based HomeCom offers several products designed for e-
commerce in the financial services industry. HomeCom’s Personal Internet
Banker is a full-service financial center that can integrate with a bank’s
private network to update host systems with accounting and customer data. It
also integrates with the consumer’s personal financial systems (Quicken and
Microsoft Money).


HomeCom’s Harvey One to One Marketing product enables financial institutions
to target premium products to online customers, altering the information
presented based on that customer’s profile.
