OrderTrust Inc. and BroadVision Inc.
technology partnership deal that will link BroadVision One-To-One
applications to the outsourced, order management services offered through the
OrderTrust network, a community of more than 850 commerce trading partners.

lifecycle of Internet
commerce, but want to be able to reach all customers, across all channels,”
said Jim Daniell, chief executive officer of OrderTrust. “OrderTrust’s commerce infrastructure
and services coupled with BroadVision’s personalization engine will provide
(a) comprehensive, fully integrated solution”
Joint customers will be able to utilize personalization capabilities and
OrderTrust’s order management services. OrderTrust services include
monitoring and auditing of all transactions, real-time connections to credit
card payment processors and inventory availability checking, routing line
items to multiple suppliers and sending event-triggered branded e-mail
notifications to consumers.
Financial arrangements between the companies were not disclosed.

Established in 1995, OrderTrust delivers outsourced e-commerce infrastructure
services to retailers, catalogers, suppliers and loyalty program providers.
Services include order management, product sourcing for electronic
marketplaces and online and off-line consumer loyalty tracking.
