Preview Travel Inc.
and Netcentives Inc., a provider of
incentive, promotions and loyalty solutions for e-commerce, said Preview
Travel will become the exclusive online travel service of the ClickRewards online shopping network.

The two-year deal allows Preview Travel to reward its customers with
ClickMiles, the ClickRewards currency good for frequent flyer miles from seven leading
airlines, when purchasing travel services from the site. Financial terms were
not disclosed.

“We chose ClickRewards because of its powerful promotional currency,” said
Ken Orton, president and CEO of Preview Travel. “We have a number of
initiatives to convert shoppers to buyers, and our research indicates that
frequent flyer miles are
a compelling incentive–and one in high demand by our customer base of
leisure and small business travelers.”

Preview Travel said it plans to provide its customers with a minimum of one
ClickRewards offer at all times. Promotional opportunities will vary, and may
include site-wide offers and special promotions that reward frequent
purchasers. Preview
Travel subscribers may register free for a ClickRewards membership directly
at the Preview Travel Web site.

“With more than four
million registered subscribers, we expect that Preview Travel will drive a
great number of active online shoppers through the ClickRewards network,”
said West Shell III, president and CEO of Netcentives.
