Resurge Inc. said
that its
SohoStore turnkey e-commerce solution now includes merchant account set-up,
shipping process set-up and site promotion.

SohoStore holds the hand of a wannabe online merchant throughout the entire
process, the company said. Registration for merchant accounts, shipping
accounts with UPS, FedEx and DHL, and promotion of the Web site to search
engines and indexes are all done automatically by SohoStore.

“The biggest problem with e-commerce today is that there are too many
incomplete solutions that require the merchant do all the leg work. This may
be why some merchants are reluctant to open up an Internet store,” said Victor
Wong, CEO of Resurge. “We have eliminated the confusion and frustration for
the merchants by integrating all of the necessary services into a single
solution.”

SohoStore was first made available in 1995. Setup fee for SohoStore is $499,
with hosting and real time credit card processing available.
