Real-time personalized e-marketing company RightPoint Inc. said that BabyCenter.com, Confetti.co.uk, Cooking.com, iVillage’s Astrology.net and ReleaseNow.com have selected RightPoint
to personalize and optimize their customers’ online experience.
RightPoint markets its RightPoint.net Real-Time eMarketing Portal,
BabyCenter.com, Confetti.co.uk, Cooking.com and iVillage’s Astrology.net will
use RightPoint to provide targeted and personalized real-time product
recommendations, promotions and loyalty offers for their Web sites and e-mail
campaigns.
ReleaseNow.com will provide RightPoint’s real-time e-marketing as an optional
service to its hosted e-commerce clients. Financial details were not
disclosed.
RightPoint uses clickstream tracking, patented analytics and real-time
customer profiling to deliver targeted product recommendations, loyalty
offers, and other personalized content for Web visitors.
For e-mail
campaigns, RightPoint determines the optimal
offer for target lists, or creates optimal lists for specific marketing
campaigns.
Call center contacts may also be personalized and optimized to
provide effective telephone-based
marketing.
