TrueArc(TM) and FileNET Corp today announced today that their integrated solution – FileNET’s Panagon(TM) Content Services 5.1.1 and TrueArc(TM)’s Foremost Enterprise 2.0 – has been tested and certified compliant with the DoD 5015.2-STD, the U.S. Department of Defense standard for electronic recordkeeping systems (ERS).
Tricilities Technologies, LLC, an information management solutions company, and RMC Consultants, Inc., an integrator in the government market, coordinated the certification of both products to ensure compliance for their customers using these products.
According to the companies, organizations deploying an integrated ForeMost/Panagon solution can manage the security, versioning and lifecycle of important content in compliance with the DoD 5015.2 standard. The certification widens the options for organizations needing the tracking and tight control on access and manipulation of content that TrueArc(TM) delivers.

DoD 5015.2-STD is the accepted design criteria for electronic records management software applications, defining the mandatory operational, legislative and regulatory requirements that must be met by records management application products that are acquired by the Department of Defense.
