DynTek, Veritas to Provide Data Protection to NY State

Veritas has chosen DynTek, a provider of technology and management solutions to the state and local government sector, as a Value-Added Reseller for its contract with New York State.


DynTek provides solutions that incorporate Veritas data backup, server clustering and disaster-recovery software. To date, DynTek said it has sold more than $200,000 in data backup software to several New York governmental agencies for deployment in their enterprise data centers.


DynTek said it also offers Veritas disaster recovery software as part of its security offering, which helps governments manage and control their information security risk.
