Imation Corp. today introduced two new storage assessment and design offerings. The first new offering provides independent assessment and design services for the implementation of IP storage. The second is a storage virtualization assessment and design service.
“Our team developed these new offerings in response to our customers who are asking for independent expertise in these particular areas of storage networking. Based on numerous hands-on consulting and testing engagements, we have formalized these offerings and can now deliver them in a cost-effective and efficient manner,” said Mike Hogan, general manager, Imation Storage Professional Services. “With our vendor-independence and unique industry expertise, we offer customers the ability to cut through the hype and confusion in the storage networking marketplace today, and can help get their storage networking project up and running in a much shorter period of time.”
These two new service offerings will be offered in addition to the storage service assessment, design, proof-of-concept, and implementation offerings already available from Imation Storage Professional Services. Other Imation’s offerings include Backup and Restore, Disaster Recovery, High Availability, Storage Management and SAN Fabric Design.,
