PowerFile(TM) , a provider of near-line optical storage and archival solutions, today announced the release of ProView(TM), the Company’s Optical Storage Management Software.
According to the company, ProView, which is included in the PowerFile Workgroup Solution and available as a stand-alone option, allows users to view the contents of one or multiple PowerFile C200 Changers through a single shared folder. The PowerFile Workgroup Solution pairs the company’s PowerFile C200 DVD/CD Changer with ProView software hosted on a Windows 2000 system.
ProView Software is available through PowerFile authorized resellers. ProView is bundled with the Powerfile C200 DVD/CD Changer as a Workgroup solution for a suggested retail price of $2,695 and is also available as a stand-alone software solution for a suggested retail price of $795.
