Intranets.com this week sealed
strategic partnerships with firstsource.com and NeedBandwidth Inc.

As part of the company’s strategic alliance program, Intranets.com’s new
partners may deliver a free intranet solution to their own customers under a
private or co-branded label. By offering their own custom-branded intranet
service to small and medium-sized business users, firstsource.com and NeedBandwidth expect to benefit
from increased site traffic, improved stickiness, and shared revenue streams
derived from transactions.

An idealab! spawn, Intranets.com, has
entered into several strategic partnerships with companies including Hello
Direct and Inc.com to provide a co-branded
intranet solution. Each intranet provides its users with communication and
collaboration applications such as document sharing, group discussions,
instant messaging, announcement postings and calendar scheduling.

“We utilize the Intranets.com offering to organize many internal projects
ourselves,” said Bryan Breckenridge, director of services at
firstsource.com. “So making Intranets.com available to our small business
customers via the firstsource.com Business Resource Store was an easy
decision.”

firstsource corp. is a B2B e-commerce provider of business procurement
solutions for small and medium-sized companies and
Internet resellers.
