[Toronto, CANADA] – EZENET Corp., a business-to-business software and integrated technologies provider
specializing in banking and wireless solutions, has enabled customers of Home Trust Company, a wholly
owned subsidiary of Home Capital Group Inc. to access services, including investment (GIC) rates, from a wireless device.

This is EZENET’s first commercial wireless integrated technology application. Home Trust’s existing and future customers interested in e-commerce
services can get financial information through Internet-enabled wireless and consumer electronic devices. Using handheld devices, including digital mobile
phones, personal digital assistants(PDAs) and 2-way pagers, users access the service through their mobile browser.

Customers or potential customers can view current investment (GIC) rates, access deposit applications for an investment, connect with a Home Trust
representative to inquire about or purchase a product, and be alerted by e-mail if an investment rate changes significantly.

EZENET Corp. provides software solutions and integrated technologies for the banking and financial services industry. Its solutions are deployed in some
of the Canada’s largest banks, major financial institutions and several trust and insurance companies.

Home Capital Group Inc. operates thorough its principal subsidiary, Home Trust Company. Home Trust is a federally regulated trust company that offers
deposit, mortgage lending, and credit card services.
