MINNEAPOLIS, Sept. 20–ADC . a global
supplier of fiber optics, network equipment, software and integration
services for broadband, multiservice networks, and Broadband Access
Systems, a supplier of next-generation, Internet Protocol (IP) access
platforms, have reached an agreement for the acquisition of Broadband Access Systems by ADC. Under the terms of the stock-for-stock
transaction, ADC will issue shares of its common stock having a value of
$2.25 billion for all outstanding equity interests in Broadband Access

Motient announced that Aether has agreed to acquire Motient’s retail transportation business
unit for $45 million plus an additional sum of up to $22.5 million based on
revenue and other incentive targets in 2001. The deal bolsters Aether’s
presence in the transportation industry by providing entry into the
long-haul and less-than-truck-load segment of the market with a significant
client base and a multi-mode product that provides vehicle information via
land-based and satellite communications.

business intelligence company, announced the purchase of NoticeCast
Software Ltd., based in Twickenham, United Kingdom, for US $15 million
in a mixture of cash and stock. NoticeCast’s Enterprise Event Management
software monitors business processes and delivers real-time business
intelligence notifications to business users across the enterprise via
e-mail on their personal computer, hand-held or wireless device. Together,
Cognos and NoticeCast will provide
automatic notifications of business performance and events, automatically
notifying business users of key events and performance issues wherever they

entered into a letter of intent with the shareholders of
myButler.com, under which Peachtree Network will acquire
100% of myButler.com in a stock-for-stock exchange. myButler.com, a U.S. based online
grocery services provider that specializes in serving bricks-and-mortar
grocers with e-commerce and order fulfillment and logistics technologies,
which will enhance Peachtree Network’s leading market share position in the
online grocery services industry. Peachtree Network will acquire all of
myButler.com’s outstanding common shares for 11,850,000 shares, valued at
approximately $13.2 million CDN, or $8.8 million USD.

3,000,000 shares unregistered restricted shares of INTR common stock in a
