  consists of $7 million in cash and 1.5 million shares of Student Advantage

  Results acquisition strengthens TeleTech’s existing database management

  that lets consumers receive, review, pay and organize all of their bills
  online, announced a definitive purchase agreement for an all-stock
  acquisition of privately-held PayMyBills.com, a personal bill
  management service. The merger unites the two leading companies in the
  rapidly growing online bill delivery and payment market, creating full
  “electronification” of the bill payment marketplace. Under the agreement,
  Paytrust will buy out competitor PayMyBills.com in an all stock
  transaction expected to take effect within one month. Financial details of
  the deal were not disclosed.
