NEW YORK, Aug. 7–Uproar , producer of uproar.com, announced that it has entered
into a definitive agreement to acquire ibetcha.com, a Web site that
offers users the opportunity to place bets on virtually any topic with ibetcha.com’s non-redeemable Betcha-Bucks
and to win cash and prizes. Under the terms of the definitive agreement,
Uproar will acquire all outstanding shares of the parent company of
ibetcha.com Inc. in a stock-for-stock transaction in which the selling
stockholders will receive approximately 1.33 million shares of Uproar
common stock.

of Digital Rights Management (DRM) Solutions and Secure Digital Products,
announced the signing of a definitive agreement to effect a share exchange
with Copyright Control Services (CCS), a London-based developer of
Intellectual Property protection technologies that track, trace and protect
Intellectual Property residing on the Internet. Acquiring CCS will give Sunhawk.com worldwide reach and solidify
the Company’s leadership position in the area of Digital Rights Management
and Tracking. Sunhawk.com will exchange up to 1,950,938 shares of its
common stock for 8,616,336 shares of CCS common and 1,252,884 shares of CCS

SAN MATEO, Aug. 7–Siebel Systems , a
leading supplier of e-business application software, announced an agreement
to acquire OnLink Technologies. OnLink’s e-commerce software provides
interactive guidance and tailored recommendations to help improve the
online buying experience and will help strengthen Siebel’s position in e-commerce. Under the
terms of the agreement, each outstanding share of OnLink Technologies
common stock would be exchanged at a fixed exchange ratio of approximately
0.1648, resulting in the issuance of up to 3,706,564 million shares of
common stock of Siebel Systems, representing a total current market value
of $609 million.
