AdKnowledge Names Vice President Of Engineering

Palo Alto, CA-based AdKnowledge, a provider of Web
advertising management products, named Theodor Nissim as vice president of
engineering.

Nissim will lead the engineering team at AdKnowledge in the refinement of
existing
products and the development of new Web advertising solutions.

For the past four years Nissim has been senior engineering manager of
enterprise server system software at Sun Microsystems, where he directed
system software development for the Enterprise 3000 – 6000 Server Product
Line. Previously, he held senior management positions in engineering at Wind
River Systems and Ready Systems of Israel, where he managed teams of software
engineers developing operating systems.

Nissim replaces John Worthington who is leaving to start his own company,
Strange Glow. Strange Glow provides design, technology and interface
consulting to companies developing Web-based applications. AdKnowledge said it will become the company’s first client.
