Online movie store BigStar Entertainment Inc. named Mad Dogs & Englishmen to
expand its brand strategy for both online and traditional media advertising.

Billings were not disclosed.

“We are delighted to be working on behalf of bigstar.com,” said Paul Levine,
general manager of Mad Dogs & Englishmen. “They are virtually transforming
the way people experience movies. Why merely rent a film when you can own
those moments which so vividly define our lives?”

“As a fast-growing innovative company we looked for an agency that would be
our partner and help us evolve our product and brand on both a strategic and
creative basis,” said Donna Williams, senior vice president of marketing and
business development at BigStar.

Mad Dogs & Englishmen is a full service advertising agency founded in 1991 by
co-chairman and executive creative director Nick Cohen.

Clients include
MovieFone (including moviefone.com), Yoo-hoo Chocolate Drink, Crunch Fitness,
Kobrand Wines and Spirits, Time Warner Cable, The Daily Deal, GFN.com,
Screaming Media, The Village Voice and Coors.
